Perhaps this value-driven focus is why so many of us are able to showcase our talents. It's easy when what you do has a greater purpose than the space it fills or the paycheck it brings.

Thinking about those outside the company also creates an environment where we think a lot of ourselves—specifically those who work alongside us. You often hear talk of teamwork in a "corporate" environment. Maybe it helps that we never think of ourselves as a corporation.

We're just a group of people trying to help health care providers reach out to even more patients to help them realize a better, healthier life—with the products and services we spend our days creating.
