When Mike isn't busy giving doctors new tools to fight chronic illness, you might find him using power tools to remodel his house. It's no surprise that he has a hands-on approach style to the work that he does. Or when he takes on big projects (at home or work) to fulfill a sense of accomplishment.
As one of our founding fathers, we credit a lot of what we've built to his skills as a speaker and relationship builder. Mike's landmarks we most often think of are the health questionnaires that clinicians have been using for over 20 years to identify key areas for nutritional support.
He's also the creator of our FirstLine Therapy therapeutic lifestyle program to help people live longer, healthier lives. True to form, Mike is making it easier for all kinds of doctors to embrace and recommend this endorsed style of chronic illness therapy. Which isn't just making a difference in individual lives. It's making a difference in how popular medicine is practiced.
Enriching options for health care is particularly important to Mike as a father to four kids (Adrian, Vanessa, Micah & Jack). He sees a future where they can go out and make their own contributions to the world. Maybe even help build something like their dad did.
