That's after years of beefing up with experience as general counsel of Fortune 500 companies (medical devices and personal care products)—and starting his career in the Big Apple. He brings us expertise in corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions (domestic & international), litigation, and FDA regulation.

He has well-deserved bragging rights for an undergrad degree with honors from Harvard University, topped with an officer position of the Law Review at University of Pennsylvania Law School.

And he's a pretty respected guy outside our company as well—having served on the International Policy Committee of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Forum for E.U.-U.S. Legal-Economic Affairs. He's also a member of the American Bar Association's Committee of Corporate General Counsel.
