His research has appeared in numerous peer-reviewed journals, and he is responsible for multiple corporate patents for bioactive nutrient applications.

This microbiologist and physiologist specialized in biochemical and molecular genetic research in a prestigious setting at the University of California at San Diego before transferring that expertise to food technology labs in leading providers of consumer goods. His foresight into clinical applications for phytonutrients then led him to a forward-thinking nutraceutical company in 2000 (that would be us).
