Vincenzo is considered one of today's top 8 international opinion leaders in the field of cancer research. For over a decade, he's been interested in the importance of nutrition to prevent cancers and malignant recurrences, as well as to reduce chemotherapy side effects.

He served at the National Cancer Institute of the NIH before establishing the Metastasis Research Laboratory at his alma mater in Belgium (where he graduated summa cum laude for both his medical and doctorate degrees). He's also the biology department chair in the medical school.

Vincenzo lectures worldwide on the topics of nutritional medicine and has authored more than 200 scientific publications and books. And he's a scientific advisor for biopharmaceutical (Æterna Zentaris) and bioimpedance equipment (Biodynamics) corporations.
