Kristi Hughes, ND, is a graduate of the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, Oregon. She is the founder of the Center of Natural Healing Arts, which has clinic sites in Minnesota. Dr. Hughes has successfully implemented a FirstLine Therapy program and provides practical advice from firsthand experience.

Lyra has 35 years of expertise in complementary and alternative medicine. She is an author and co-founder of Metagenics, Inc., where she takes a leadership role in formula development and educating healthcare professionals on the benefits of combining natural systems of healing with conventional medical practice.
Co-founder of Metagenics, Mike's career as a nutritional healthcare consultant spans 28 years. He led the development of FirstLine Therapy in collaboration with leading healthcare practitioners. Mike lectures worldwide on clinical applications of functional nutrition and practice-building strategies.

Co-founder of Metagenics, Chris has over 30 years of experience in marketing and implementing natural medicine in clinical practice. He lectures extensively and has helped both practitioners and patients realize the powerful health-changing benefits of optimizing the nutrition-lifestyle-mind-body relationship.
