Metagenics wins again

Easy addition to morning routine

I've been on the hunt for a good probiotic that is one capsule a day, reasonably priced, non-refrigerated, and keeps my digestive system feeling healthy and normal even when I have off days with my eating habits, etc. I've tried quite a few different brands with none making enough of a difference to earn my loyalty. This particular product is loaded with probiotics (over 20 billion from 5 different strains) and has managed to tick all my boxes.The capsules are reasonably sized and easy to swallow, I'm noticing less bloating and discomfort after eating, and has left my gut feeling good.
