D3 1000™

Just found another brand that is way cheaper and wondered what the quality differences might be? California GOLD Nutrition 125mcg (5,000 IU). Both have safflower oil. But CA GOLD Nutrition has fish gelatin from tilapia. I wondered if that might be the difference since when I shop for tilapia in the stores I can't find a source that is NON farmed. What negative affects from eating a farmed tilapia fish gelatin versus your brand I wonder? Or does your brand use the same source? The other two ingredients glycerin and water are the same. Please advise.

I have tried many D3 forms and products from other companies, and all of them give me severe nausea. When my PCP recommended this one, I was skeptical about trying it. No problems at all with this product. One D3 1000 per day keeps my blood level where it needs to be. Highly recommend this product and company.

How can a pill containing 25 micrograms (.00000088 oz) be so big? Edges make them easy to pick up and also adhere to and abrade old throats. Microcrystalline cellulose is not kind to the GI tracts of my family.
