If you are not completely satisfied with a Metagenics product purchased from us or from one of our authorized sellers, you may request a refund or replacement.
Please note that our Guarantee does not cover products purchased from unauthorized sellers, as we cannot verify their quality or authenticity. This Guarantee also is limited to the original end-user purchaser.
How to Submit a Guarantee Request
To make a Guarantee claim, follow these steps:

2. Approval Process:
If your request is approved, you will receive a Guarantee approval confirmation number.
3. Return the Product:
Mail the remaining product, proof of purchase, and your confirmation number to the address below:
