This is a good prenatal but I didn’t realize it doesn’t include Choline in it.

Amazing!

I had tried other prenatal which would give me acid reflux or other unpleasant symptoms. These gave no negative symptoms. Also each of the 6 pills a day that you take are individually wrapped for freshness. My levels with my holistic doctor after taking them really improved. Will continue to take during breast feeding.

Lots of pills

These appear like they have everything you need and each does comes in an individual packet. The problem I have is there are 6 pills and they are large. When I can barley keep anything down it's impossible to get all 6 pills down.
