I was recommended by my chiropractor to take this supplement after seeing her a few times, I'm an active young woman who lives in New York City, and was looking for more support for my hectic days. It has been a complete gamechanger in my daily functioning. The product digests easily and offers an immense amount of benefits.
My mind is clearer, I am more focused, and have a steady stream of energy while being able to combat everyday stress. I notice a big difference when I do not take this supplement.

This product recommended to me by my chiropractor. I have used it for several years now and am satisfied with the benefits of taking a B-complex as part of my overall supplement program. I didn't give it 5 stars because it leaves an after taste in my mouth that I am so aware of, especially now that I have to wear a face mask everywhere I go.
