I just started taking this as recommended by my provider. I haven’t seen any effect yet as I have not been taking it regularly. It smells like naphthalene balls. Scared that it is toxic.

I have been on this supplement for about eight years. I tried going off of it to save money and my hormones went insane so I went right back on it and immediately it stabilized them again. I take this and Chasteberry to keep my hormones from ruining my emotional well-being.

Lifesaver!

My doctor recommended this product to me during perimenopause and I’m still using it 10 years later. It really helped to naturally balance my hormones throughout my entire menopause journey (trek?) and had some extremely positive, helpful side effects that I don’t want to necessarily detail, just please trust me! Even a few years post-menopause, I find that if I stop taking it, I get a little down and fraught. Maybe it’s just a comfort blanket at this point; my doc says there’s no particular benefit in taking it now, but it also won’t hurt me. So I continue. I simply cannot recommend this product highly enough!
