I received this product in exchange for writing a review. With that being said, as someone who constantly struggles with staying asleep at night, I was very excited to give this a try. I saw a huge improvement in my sleep, and even when I did wake up in the middle of the night, I found I was able to go right back to sleep versus tossing and turning when I did not take the pill. In the past, I've tried using Melatonin products which tend to work for me. They help you sleep, but sometimes I still wake up. This product has only 3 mg of melatonin, which is less than the 10 I usually take. However I have slept better, and had vivid dreams with this product and I think it must be the Kava root extract, which is supposed to help you calm down before asleep. I only use the 1 capsule, and before sleep I do some light stretching, take the MetaSleep and then listen to a calm story. I'm normally asleep within 7 minutes (I never finish the calm story) and stay asleep the whole night. If you want to fall asleep easily and stay asleep, try this product out. After using the sleep supplement for a few nights of sleep, I was pleased with the quality of sleep I received and helped improve my sleeping patterns to start a routine. The ingredients seem pretty good, except for one concern of having kava, which can be a hit or miss depending on the person. But overall I felt good waking up to some nice sleep with the help of metasleep. The product was also fast-acting before falling asleep, so that's a big plus. Okay honestly i was shocked on how well the Metasleep worked! I usually have problems sleeping through the whole night and after taking these pills I slept like a baby.
