At first, I wasn't too sure about this probiotic. Initially I felt bloated while taking it, excess gas too. I switched to taking it in the evening prior to bedtime and wow, what a difference! Taking it in the evening made so much difference, way less nasty side effects. I am regular now, no bloating or excess gas. I highly recommend purchasing. The gummies have a pleasant taste and are easy and convenient to take.

I received the item and tried it for about two weeks now. The first thing I noticed was that the gummy texture was actually very good, it was very solid and much more similar to a traditional, gummy bear and some other gummy probiotics. I've tried in the past that. I'm more crumbly in texture. Also, it did not have an offensive smell, and the flavor was quite good, very mild. The first week I did experience some mild tummy upset, but that is to be expected as the product is attempting to change your gut Microbiome. But after a week, the issues resolved themselves. I don't know that I have yet seen a tremendous improvement in my overall digestive health, but I'm only on my third week, I will continue to use the product as I do think that it will bring benefit. I'm a 38-year-old guy who's tried to stay on top of my health game over the years, but digestion has always been hit or miss for me. I decided to give this probiotic supplement a try after Metagenics sent me a bottle of their UltraFlora 3 in 1 daily to try out in exchange for a review, I was hoping it would help with some bloating and the occasional discomfort after meals. After about three weeks of daily use, I'm really noticing a difference. First off, the convenience factor is a win just pop two gummies in the morning, and you're good to go. They actually taste great and there's no funky aftertaste like I've had with other supplements. It's basically become part of my routine like brushing my teeth. The main thing I've noticed is that my digestion feels smoother overall. I'm not bloated as often after meals, and I've had more regular, comfortable bathroom trips (you know what I mean). I didn't expect it to help with energy, but oddly enough, I do feel a little more alert throughout the day. I'm guessing that's linked to better gut health, but I'll take it! I waited to write the review because I wanted to give a full experience. These gummy tastes really good and dont mind them at all. It did help get things moving really good, and I liked that it was a healthy gummy. The only reason I didn't give this five stars is because when I took 2 gummies like it says I think it was way to much so I started taking one and I think it was just the right amount for me personally.
