Wow!

This is the best probiotic I have ever used. It puts the other dozen or so I've tried to shame. For the last few years, I've had alternating diarrhea with constipation and this has really helped me. I take it at night with 300 mg of Metagenics magnesium and the quality of my stools is quite ... we'll say impressive to avoid too much detail. I generally only have to "go" once in the morning now. The price is a bit painful, but it's been worth it for me. Culturelle is pricey too, but it does nothing.

Helps with Candida

I started taking this years ago when I found out that I had a candida problem. I used to take this daily for a few years, then weaned myself off, now I only take once a week, about. I still love this product, it has helped out our family, even other famliy members so much!!!
