Great vitamin system

I have been taking Metagenics products for about 4 - 6 years to include these vitamins, the pea protein, digestive enzymes and other women's health supplements.
They digest well and I like the pure ingredients. What I like about these vitamins specifically is both the list of vitamins it provides and the packets contains the vitamin/iron, bone building and Omega support - I am getting all I need to support my body without storing a bunch of jars (and easy to pack when traveling, going to the gym, etc.). Each packets contains two vitamin "doses" (3 vitamins per dose). I usually take (1) dose per day and intermix vitamin and protein shakes which can stretch me out to 2 months until the next purchase. If you haven't tried Metagenics before you will get hooked. You will not go back to just any brand of vitamins. They really do make a difference (absorption, digestion and increased energy levels you will feel after taking them)!
