I had good energy and focus while taking this assortment of supplements. Unfortunately, it also gave me insomnia. The multi contains coffee bean extract and green tea extract. It would be helpful for the packaging to mention caffeine content.

Not working for me

Something about the formula does not work well with me. I am in discomfort after taking these packets. I am trying to figure out which particular vitamin is causing the problem so I am not taking them all together at the moment. I had used these packets in the past and stopped but I thought I would try again.
